I have all the game packs, expansions and some kits, and I noticed after the last updates that bouncers VIP and entertainment artists are not appearing in the saloons. The artist only appears if we hire them directly by phone. Here is the link to a video showing the episode. Note that I started a new game without mods for testing, and this is really how it happens.
