[GF] Bouncers missing from venues with VIP doors

I have all the game packs, expansions and some kits, and I noticed after the last updates that bouncers VIP and entertainment artists are not appearing in the saloons. The artist only appears if we hire them directly by phone. Here is the link to a video showing the episode. Note that I started a new game without mods for testing, and this is really how it happens. PC: 1.112.519.1020

I'm taking the liberty of bringing this post back up because since the release of "Business & Hobbies" the bouncers have also been absent.
I see that 21 people have voted. I'm also voting, so this problem absolutely needs to be fixed. I don't even play the game anymore since this bug. 😭😭

New vanilla test save. Waited through the entire Starlight Accolades Ceremony. No bouncer.
