I have two Sims running a retail store. One is bugged, and the other is working as expected.
The bugged sim can not interact with customers at all, except to ask them to leave. This started after a celebrity showed up on the lot, and affects ALL customers that show up while the celebrity or paparazzi are on the lot. The affected non-GF customers are also uninteractable if they turn up again later, even without a celebrity on the lot. He can still restock items. He can interact with non-customer sims normally, and after a sim decides they will not buy something (so they're not a customer / no longer have retail interactions) he gets all normal social interactions back. He is a werewolf. It has persisted after changing lots, restarting the game, resetting the sim, and removing the sim from the household then re-adding him. I have not found a problem interacting with anything except customers with this sim.
Again, the other sim is perfectly fine. He can interact with customers as normal, including celebrities. He is a spellcaster. This was the active sim when I opened the business, though I didn't think that mattered?
This is a new save, started yesterday. Game is up to date. The sims are also completely new, created in CAS yesterday - no gallery, etc.
