Gnomes Glitch-Dancing/ Jumping around

I am experiencing the same thing. I'm playing in a save that pre dates the update that I have never used mods/cc in. The family already had the gnomes, and I tested and was able to sell the gnomes, both through a sim's personal inventory by dragging it there and in through the household inventory. I also experienced this in a different save where the gnomes were new, in that they appeared as part of the Seasons gnome holiday tradition. This was also in a mod/cc free save.

Edited to add that I have all packs and kits released to date and my game version is PC: 1.116.202.1030.
