Garden gnomes are dancing/jumping moving around after today's update and its very creepy!
Ideas
I was under the impression the gnomes moving was an intentional feature as the new pack has some gnome things, but it's not in the patch notes so it could be a bug.
The meet the sims thing does mention fairy magic animating gnomes.
