Garden gnomes are dancing/jumping moving around after today's update and its very creepy!

Same issue.
(although I thought it was a new feature for the new version of game at first XDDD)
If it's not supposed to happen, please check and fix it.
I'm a cc user and I have tons of cc and mods, but I also got friend who plays a vanilla game and she still got the same issue as tweaking gnomes.
