Garden gnomes are dancing/jumping moving around after today's update and its very creepy!

I'm with BlackLilliac, I think this has something to do with the new pack releasing soon. If you watch the marketing rollout videos, I think that'll piece together a few things. Or at least, it'll help you identify if what your experiencing is a real glitch.
I know for me, the drag function malfunctioning and the random blackout appearing throughout gameplay without cc or mods is more annoying.
