Gnomes Glitch-Dancing/ Jumping around

Same issue, I don't use mods. 

I play the Sims 4 on PC (Windows 10) with no mods or custom content. 
I don't have the gnomes on my sims properties but when visiting Henford-on-Bagley in the original "The Gnomes Armes"-pub the gnomes dance and jump. 
It happens after the latest update.
Mostly all sims-saturdays my sims travel to the market there. So I've never seen the jumping gnomes before.

Gnomes have stopped constantly wiggling, jumping, or shaking after being placed from Build Mode.

Fixed in Patch 1.116.223/2.15
