After unlocking the hidden Grilled Cheese aspiration, just about every time you eat a grilled cheese you get a notice that you have (once again) unlocked the Grilled Cheese aspiration, until you have completed it (or at least completed the first tier, my memory is hazy on this.) Happens both with and without mods enabled.
