Thanks. As said, it works fine for me for both Sims but some folks have had issues with the getting married only appearing on one Sim: [NEEDS SAVES] [GRO] Milestone doesn't show up in one of the 2 sims | EA Forums - 11644788
Maxis was looking for saves for that one
Going to put this on review. Hopefully others can chime in if they have the issue. Up to Maxis to check this further.

Different gender parents and it usually just one of the parents having that issue and it’s mainly the female parent.

tried toddler, infant and child now and it works for all of them for me.
Does it matter what kind of couple you have ? Like same-sex ? Occults involved ?
Did you check both partners to see if it's on one of them ?

It mainly happens when I create the sim as a child and younger.

Hm. I had one for all the ones I tried.
Do you create them age child or younger ?
It's possible that they don't generate if you download a family from the gallery that didn't previously have any.

I meant from my gallery after I created them and ones I made from scratch too, every time I create a child through the DNA thing, it won’t give the have a baby milestone.

since you choose the gallery as a tag, did you download those Sims from the gallery or create from scratch ? what age group did you choose for the child ?
I do get both milestones if I create Sims from scratch.
