I have constant work rivalries but it’s a little different in my case. Every time I’m about to get a new promotion my Sim gets a new rival who REFUSES to come over and I can’t up their relationship through phone interactions! My only choice is to mark them for death via mccc and it goes away when they die. This feature is just broken (big surprise 🤦♂️) and irritating
