[GRO] [IL] Top of career Milestones not unlocked for the fisherman diver careers

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my sims milestones for two part time jobs only: The fisherman job and the diver job. Indeed, the milestones for reaching the top of career doesn't unlock at all for them. My sim unlocked all the other part time jobs milestones: Fast food, baby sitter, lifeguard, barista, manual labour, retail employee (all of them unlocked a milestone each once my sim reached the top).

But I don't know why for fisherman and for diver, it seems to not work at all.

I don't play with any mod and I already repaired the game, clear cash. I'll try with another sim first to see if it's this particular sim that is corrupted but I don't understand it cause he still manage to get all the other milestones
