Since the last update, my infants are a real issue. They are glitchy af. They continuously do the milestone animation and glow then nothing. even when I'm visiting a family with an infant, everyone goes over to see a milestone and it keeps doing it over and over again. So far in my most recent household (yes, I do play with mods but I don't think it's connected) my infant never actually added any milestones even though the glow and animation appeared.
