the infant lights up, the music plays, no pop up indicating what milestone has been reached, nor milestone listed in the panel. I have no idea if my infant is learning anything.
The only work around I have found for the time being is to quit back to main menu and enter the game again. It's long and has to be done every time your sim leaves the lot without the infant. Very annoying.
