My toddler isn't achieving milestones either. I got a notification that he can now talk, but nothing happened. Everything is greyed out, including things like learn shapes even though I've already done that too. And I'm still having issues with learn to ride a bike for children. Very disappointing that the team is wasting time "fixing" toilets that no one knew weren't supposed to look like that when there are actual bugs messing with gameplay we paid for.
