My infant and toddlers milestones sometimes does not show up either in the game despite the infant/toddler having reached the milestone and it has been going on since begining of the year for me. Even child milestone riding a bike does not always appear in child milestone panel despite having learned to ride a bike.
It is also buggy that a toddler needs to learn to talk before it can get first friend milestone. I sometimes have nannies in my house and the toddler and they often get directly friend in the relationship panel when they arrive the first time and it does not register as a friend unless the toddler already have 3 in talking before the nanny arrives.
