Yesterday I was playing with a toddler Sim who would not earn the "Learn to Run" nor the "Max the Movement Skill" milestones despite reaching level 5 and being able to click on the toddler Sim and have them physically "Run Around". I cheated the movement skill down to 4 and still did not have any luck. I read through some other posts on the EA Forums here that recommended cheating the skills down to 3 and trying again. I cheated the skill down to 3 and after that my toddler Sim did successfully earn the "Learn to Run" milestone upon leveling up to 4 and they also earned the "Max the Movement Skill" milestone upon leveling up to 5.
So while it's not a fix, cheating the skill down to 3 and relearning the movement skill did help my toddler Sim in this case.
I've noticed this too! That's maybe a separate issue?
