Hi,
When an infant ages up with level 2 movement skill, the toddler will never unlock the 'learn to run' and 'max movement skill'. Instead, the 'learned to walk' milestone will unlock at level 3 instead of 1, 'learned to climb stairs' will unlock at level 4 instead of 2 and 'learned to dance' will unlock at level 5 instead of 3.
Similarly, if the infant ages op with level 2 movement skill, you will get to the 'learn to run milestone' but never unlock the 'max movement skill'.

I've also noticed this, they never unlock at all. Making doing the milestones as infants kinda pointless
