Toddler Sim has missing milestones such as maxing out Thinking Skill and Studying Numbers after these things have been achieved. Infant starts Milestone loop, but doesn't finish it. Should have Laugh and Lift Head milestones by now, I'm guessing, but it won't complete and actually add the milestone.
