Infants don't achieve milestones when they've put in more than enough time and effort (especially gross motor). Additionally, infants will randomly get animation & sound associated with new milestone, and family stop what they are doing to run and watch milestone, but there is no pop-up announcing the milestone achieved and no new milestones show up under their symology. This happens frequently - and sometimes up to 6 or 8 times in the span of just 1-2 in game hours. It will prevent others in household from getting sleep or attending to other tasks, and it will interrupt caregiver's infant care interactions like feeding, etc. This happens with my infants in all game saves regardless of if they have ever traveled off the lot. - Mac user. Occurs with and without mod. Only mod used is MCCC.
