I'm on console (ps5) have all packs and kits, and I've been having this issue with infant milestones on and off since they were added to the game. Sometimes the milestones system will work fine even when my sims are travelling and whatnot, other times i will just get the smile milestone even if i don't ever leave the lot. Today my current infant is stuck somewhere in the middle: she managed to get two milestones in most of the milestone sections over two sim days, even with travelling every day, and now they're suddenly not registrering anymore.
