Adding my issue to this. I haven't played in about two months. I'm on PC and have been playing about 3-4 weeks in game before my sim had a baby. I aged him up to infant and he's not gaining any milestones. He can "coo" but it doesn't show it as a milestone. I've done Tummy Time with him and have had him play with the playmat several times a sim day and he hasn't gotten anything like "roll over" or "grab". Usually by now the infants can at least "Play with toys" on the mat and not just look at them.
