[GRO] Milestones achieved as infant cannot be completed as toddler

With Toddlers you can earn various Milestones as you raise your skills. However if you aged up from an infant and you started with points already in those skills I find that your Movement Skills dont show the appropriate milestones. In my case I started with 2 points when I aged up now at max movement I only just unlocked learn to dance and can not get Learned to Run milestone due to this fact. Is there an actual Fix for this issue. there used to be a work around but it seems that was removed leaving players like myself stuck never being able to get the last milestone.
