[GRO] Milestones stop accomplishing when leaving lot

Does this relate to the problem with aspirations not showing properly when sims are on a lot away from home? Introduce themselves to seven sims, go to another lot, the aspiration says they haven't introduced themselves to anyone. But if you complete the ten sims requirement, suddenly it ticks off as if it had been tracking properly the whole time. All the aspirations I've played recently have the same problem, not just the socials. 

One of my kid sims learned to ride a bike but couldn't get the milestone. Babies will start to trigger milestones repeatedly but they will not register in the milestones page and I have to exit the game and use the "repair" option on the Sims 4 (which fixes it until any of my sims travel to a different lot again). Even after doing this, the "learn to ride a bike" milestone could not be achieved by the kid sim because it already happened.

Yup. Came back to Sims after a hiatus. This is still happening. Every time I leave a lot with one sim, the others in the household will stop accomplishing milestones. I can temporarily fix it by switching to another family, then coming back. Really makes one want to avoid all traveling. Such a pain in the butt when the household has a sim I want to do active careers with. 

Had this happening the last two days, in two different households. Two teen sims in a relationship, and only one of them is getting any of the milestones pertaining to it. Another household, adult and child, and only the child is getting milestones such as burglar and surviving a haunted house, which should be on both. Adult also doesn't have her first fight from said burglar.

With the teens I honestly do not recall who left the lot first. I thought it had been the one not getting milestones. With the adult and child I know that child was the first one to venture off alone.
