Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

It's not her milestone but she getting the Hated and not loving it from a milestone that another sim had that moved on that lived on the same lot previously. I have attatched a screenshot of what it looks like. This is a bug.
