Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

RandomWeightedLoots aren't running correctly...?? This is from a brand new save file where the lot was not and was not ever "Off The Grid". I have seen at least one other instance of similar / phantom "off the grid" trait on Reddit.
Additionally, I have seen on Reddit mention of a phantom "Unflirty" trait, although the sim never had this trait & was actually a "Lovebug"... a phantom self-discovery moment!
This is awful... how might it be impacting the RandomWeightedLoots for the new Balance/Ailments system? Not to mention other considerations... this seems to be having a pretty broad impact.
