Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

Also having this problem in all saves, some sims are constantly embarrassed for no reason and had a pop up for one sim suggesting to change their traits because of a rejection they never had.
