Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

Same here, no mods or CC of any kind in my game. Sim has the "Proud ghost" and "Hated and proud of it" moodlets, even though she doesn't have the associated milestones.
