Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

Adding a 'me too' comment. I had noticed it a bit earlier, but today was doing some like, maintenance, just popping around in Manage Worlds to check on some things. and a lot of the time i jumped into a household, even ones i had never played before, they had either the 'hated and sad about it' or 'sting of rejection' milestone reflection happening, even though if you looked at their milestones, there's nothing matching that in there. This would explain why i seem to have been seeing a lot of sad townies around lately.
