Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

I'm still experiencing this. Two Young Adults, one feels Hated and Sad About It (doesn't have any negative relationships) and the other has Revived! (she's fresh out of CAS and certainly was never dead).
