Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

Going to add my game to this; When the August patch first came out, my married Sims were getting the Sting of Rejection milestone reflection moodlets. That was weird as they'd been childhood sweethearts, and at no point had they ever had a rejected proposal. Currently, today (9/12/2025) my brand-new Sim (she's existed for 4 real-time hours and about 3 in-game days) has had the Revived moodlet, the Hated and Sad about it moodlet, and an Angry moodlet from Werewolves Temperament (Too Loud! Sensitive Ears one). This girl is fully base-game Human, has met 11 Sims, most of them pets or horses, and hasn't even gotten the phone call about the Sudden Windfall via the Life & Death DLC.
This is a very frustrating bug as those moodlets are strong and last for a long time.
