Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

This is happening to me on Xbox Series X with all content installed. My 2 brand new Sims were getting odd milestone moodlets yesterday. One had the sadness moodlet from being hated for most of the day, but he doesn't have that milestone or any negative relationships and he has a Good Reputation as a celebrity. His partner had the moodlet from defeating Grim which was even stranger because that never happened and again she doesn't have that milestone.
Edit: I know the Luck settings have been suggested as a possible link so just to add I play with Luck toggled off and this problem started after I did that.
