This may or may not be helpful, but I am a mod-maker and I've noticed that a type of XML file called a "random weighted loot" partially broke after Enchanted by Nature (specifically the luck system) launched, I'm guessing because something in the Python code changed.
Certain random weighted loots that use Y/N tests to determine which actions to take will have these tests automatically pass even if they should have failed. This causes the random milestone issue and also a similar bug with drinking nectar from Horse Ranch.
Random weighted loots that use weights with testing instead (including weight 0, which is effectively a "no") work fine and have no issues.
And see, this just goes back to what people wonder about when they say, does the team even test the game. It seems quite clear that they do not smh I don’t even have Botched by Nature. So, this is just super annoying. I will say, I’ve had this issue with milestones before that pack was released. So, it might be part of the problem but might not have been what completely causes this issue.
Oh no, not new at all. It's been a problem for quite some time now. And every pack put out on top of old broken patches just make it worse.
