Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

My sims just had a baby today and both parents had the Sting of Rejection milestone reflection moodlet when they got home. One had zero negative milestones the other only had negative milestones due to having gotten into fights and been declared the enemy of two different family sims when they were children (because why not).
