Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

I've had this too, even in my brand new saves which have never had any cc or mods. (PC) The Sims couldn't possibly have a milestone in those new saves. And it's really annoying because it makes them so sad and there is no way to get past it other than waiting it out (because "no mods.")
