Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

I have this issue on iOS as well on a brand new save. Neither Sim in my household has any milestones in their profile, and of course I just started playing so nothing had a chance to happen to trigger it.
