Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blu...

Happened to me yesterday when I made a new save to play the new event and she recalled a milestone about everyone hating her and loving it despite not knowing anyone or having any memories cause I just created her.
Console player with no mods.
In another older save one Sim had a moodlet about being a ghost (she never died or was a ghost) and her boyfriend got a moodlet about being revived (again he was never a ghost and never died)
