[GRO] Random Milestone Moodlets

This bug is still happening by the way. I had to use cheats to get rid of the moodlets since most of the time, the moodlet is overriding other moodlets. If you need your Sim in, say a confident mood, and they have a false milestone moodlet that overrides everything and puts them in a flirty mood, it's really annoying, especially if they didn't reach the milestone the moodlet is associated with. 

I've already posted about my newly created sims getting these milestone moodlets when they have no milestones but my recent glitch of this I'm not sure if it's by design, a coding issue or the bug? 

Randomly my newly divorced sim got the marital bliss milestone moodlet?  Now technically she was married so I could see why the game decided to give her that milestone moodlet but I still feel like a divorce should cancel out that milestone moodlet from ever being given to her in the future.  She isn't in a new relationship, she gets angry looking at their marriage certificate (was a very terrible match).  However, it got me thinking that I know this bug exists but when it's fixed (hopefully sometime in the future) would the game still allocate this happy moodlet boost because she had been married?  Are there checks in place or should be in place to stop a single sim from getting this moodlet?  Or does the game system randomly check milestones that a sim acquires and gives them a moodlet if they tick off that "yes sim A has been married" according to the milestones?  Which means my divorced sims could in the future still get this milestone moodlet because technically they got married and met the criteria for marital bliss?  So not sure if this is a continuation of the bug, or it's coded not to check if the sim is single and should not be given this moodlet.

I have this too, but with brand new Teen sims. I use PC (EA App), no mods or CC, and all packs except Lovestruck, For Rent, Bussiness & Hobbies, and some kits.

I feel like this has gotten worse. It's not just one or two anymore, it's frequent and varied.

I'm also getting Off the Grid a lot when I'm on the grid. It seems to be a general moodley issue.

Also feels related: my Sims keep getting the "I heard someone hates you" call when they've made no enemies. Like they're having a terrible social life off stage.

I've been having this too, and a thought struck me today.  I wonder if something got crossed with the ability of older sims (who were not played as children with Adventure Awaits installed) to "recall" formative moments?   I haven't had this happen autonomously yet (mostly been building since I actually got the pack) so I don't know if that's a useful thought or not, but I thought I'd throw it out there if the bug team can use it.

It's likely to do with the implementation of luck; even for those who don't have Enchanted by Nature. There was a change made to random weighted loots, which are used when something has a chance of happening, to have the outcomes affected by luck. For some reason, this seems to cause tests to be skipped, and those tests decide whether or not something makes sense to happen.
 Some people have been able to stop the problem by turning off luck in the settings, but if you don't have EBN, you can't do that, obviously.

I have EBN and luck off, and I still get these, so turning off luck doesn't always work (I've also turned off balance)

I've noticed in the past that sometimes (only sometimes) a glitch will reflect a future update (I believe being able to wash toddlers in sinks showed up with some weird side effects about 3 updates before it was official) so that's why I was thinking it was related to adult sims being able to "remember" formative moments they didn't actually have.

I've got a teen remembering her marital bliss. It's pretty funny.
