[GRO] Stay-Over Calls Never Happen

Kuttoe has fixed this with a mod- seems that Stayover Calls' shared cooldown gets reset every time you load the game or even travel between lots. So they were basically permanently on cooldown forever, after the first one.

Now that it's been properly diagnosed, EA- let's fix this one! This is a big one and it affects more than stay-overs!

EA_Cade​ this bug is now pretty much fully player-diagnosed, so hopefully it can be escalated? This bug also explains other reports like the Bluffs and Ancient Ruins calls from Get Together not showing up, and the Mentorship Visit calls from Businesses and Hobbies- which I don't think anyone even knew were a thing. I'm betting testing on that one was done by forcing them to happen since it's not feasible to wait around for weeks and hope a random phone call shows up, so nobody on the team realized they werent working.

The research genealogy thing didn't work for me when I tried it once, but now I'm realizing that when I tried it I had already had a stayover from a request in my save. And yeah, after that stayover I didn't get another request. I thought "oh I guess it only happens once and from there if I want one then I have to schedule it myself." I didn't even think they were connected. Bummer that it's not working properly, I'd have so much fun with that if it were working as intended 🥺

I have had Sims ask to stay over at my residence but have never received a call inviting me to stay over somewhere else.

I installed Kuttoe's bug fix mod like two weeks ago, and I'm still not over how many calls I'm getting? I spend thousands of hours playing this game, and all the invite calls I ever got was hanging out at friends house/friend hanging out at mine and the club party at nightclubs or the bluffs calls from Get Together. Now I'm getting invited to festivals! I'm getting invited to bar nights! I had two stayover calls happening! Did you know that apparently Businesses and Hobbies has a mentorship meeting event, where if your sim has a sim mentoring them, they can be invited out to community lots somewhat relating to the mentored skill? 

(Also various mods I have tried over time to get more/different invite calls suddenly work now. I really like having my sims invited to things, but the game rarely did that, and all the mods I tried also didn't seem to work for me, so I always tried them for a bit and then uninstalled them again, disappointed they don't work.  Turns out they do work just fine, as long as the event schedule cooldown is fixed first.)

Please fix the bug in game, it really limits the playing experience, and players miss out on various features the game has.
