Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Is this on a community, residential rental or residential lot ? Does it make a difference ?
PC, (MCCC without the same) normal household, house upgrades sometimes disappear sometimes not, quite randomly, I managed to find 20 pipes for the treehouse in the family inventory, unfortunately this information was nowhere to be found (only that the upgrade is ready), I manually installed the pipe, one problem solved, ☺️
