I'm not sure if this is since the base game update or having B&H installed, but "Child" was removed from the age options of Get Together club requirements.
This looks like the customer requirement...

I had this issue when Businesses & Hobbies first came out, and there is a workaround (restart the game and it resolves itself) but the child club requirement option keeps going missing, despite repairing the game several times since the latest patch.
