[GT] Completed Party Hardy Custom Mix Not Saving

Thank you for such a thorough explanation! Really wish I could use mods on Xbox, otherwise I would use your workaround for this. I recently maxed out the DJ skill and came across this exact issue when trying to license all of the Custom Mixes. That's when I realized a finished Party Hardy mix just doesn't show up as an option to play or license at all. Sucks. :|

If the fix is that easy and it been around since release of Get Together... clearly the devs needed us to say something or they won't know it's even an issue that needs fixing. Now when they know they should be able to just add a quiet fix, removing one more tiny annoyance in the game.  So thanks for writing out the exact issue and the solution to it. I really hope they take this and just fix it. 

I posted a mod to work around this bug 8 years ago: DJ Custom Mix Fixes.

This issue has existed since the launch of Get Together, so it's never been possible to properly licence the party hardy mixes on the mailbox or even play them on your DJ booth after you create them.

The main cause of the issue is that in the tuning file for DJ booth music styles, it only lists 5 out of the possible 6 music styles.

The tuning should be like this, and have the sixth style (party hardy) listed too, in order for custom tracks made with that style to work in interactions.

As I said, it's been left out of that resource since the launch of Get Together, which is why people haven't reported it until they make a party hardy mix and realise their party hardy mixes doesn't show on mailboxes or the DJ booth. The majority of the people who play the game have never experienced it working and so probably haven't reported it as a bug that needs fixing.

Heyyy guys!! Have you tried clicking on the mailbox? There should be an option that says “License Song” :)

The same thing happened to me. I also finished the Digital ERA song and it let me license that one. i haven’t tried the others considering it takes a whole day to make one mix.
