While trying to have my sims do a dance battle on the dancefloor, the action keeps cancelling itself after npcs are forced to leave the dancefloor

Yeah, for now I'm using the few dance floor that do work so it's not a completely blocked feature in my game, and frankly I rarely use it myself, but it was surprising to see it not working, especially on a fresh save since they tend to have less bugs piling up
