[GT] DJ at the Bluff, stay on spawning area and do nothing

It seems something happened to cause the DJ to not perform when I hold dance parties at the secret lots in Windinburg ( Ruins, Bluffs and Chalet). The DJ will show up but refuses to go to the DJ boot...
