Whenever I get my sims to go the any cafe in Winderburg and have them order coffee (both here and to go orders) the cafe itself is always crowded with other sims ordering at the same time and the action for my sim's order is always cut off. Occasionally the action goes through, but one of the many sims crowding the cafe always takes it. Either that or I can't drink my coffee at all and the option to throw it away is the only thing that pops up.

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Yes thats the issue i have no mods besides mccnd and UI cheats
I have been having this issue for at least 8 years and it never gets fixed. I decided to test it again today just to see. I tested it with no mods/cc and a fresh new sim in a fresh new save. Headed to a cafe and attempted to order. The barista started making the order but then another sim came up and it immediately canceled. I had to have my sim ask 3 different times before she got the coffee. This bug is so frustrating and makes me not even want to play with cafes. I was hoping this would have been fixed in this most recent patch but unfortunately it still persists.
I'm running a Cat Cafe small business on a retail lot. I added the Easy Energy Expresso Bar to the lot. The NPC Sims place orders but it seems like the orders drop from the queue because they go do something else. They don't grab their orders.
