[GTW] Doctors cannot assess collapsed sims or deliver babies

My doctor sim is unable to assess collapsed or pregnant sims that come in to the hospital for treatment. There isn't even a white / clear outline on the sim indicating the item is clickable. Therefore, my sim is unable to interact / chat with the sim at all. This is making promotions difficult as they are the promotional task. My sim is able to interact / treat all other patients that come into the hospital.
