I've played two different households now who both own clothing retail shops and when dressing different mannequins, after accepting and exiting CAS mode, all mannequins in the same gender category (male adult, female adult, etc.) show wearing the same outfit.
I found a work around for the issue.
When all mannequins are undressed, creating an outfit in CAS for 1 mannequin, all mannequins are dressed the same when exiting CAS.
But when choosing to create a random outfit for mannequins and then entering CAS to create a custom outfit, mannequins are then dressed in individually created outfits!
