In labor sim chose to Join for Have Baby at Hospital. Doctor did not spawn, so after the 3 hour labor timer I sent her home, and the labor timer restarted. This time the Doctor was inside by the reception desk, rather than outside the hospital where they normally spawn. But that isn't the doctor that attended the delivery, another doctor spawned outside and saw her.

Happened again with her second pregnancy. This time the assistant wasn't at the desk at arrival, spawned in then left before sim in labor could check in, and the doctor who had been at the spawn point at arrival also left. This time, after returning home and again going to the hospital, things were normal.
Same has happened to me. I got stuck at the hospital with one of my sims. It wouldn't let me go home, and it wouldn't take me to the back. I checked in about 5 times. The doctor stood in the snow for a little while, then another doctor spawned after the labor timer had gone down and restarted twice. I'm on PS5 so no mods or cc. It has happened more than once, and not just with this one sim.
