[GTW] Pants should be in the formal wear outfits for boys

right now 75% of boys wear skirts as a formal wear (only 4 options):

Fixed

(cuBottom_EP01JeansSkinny) and (cuBottom_EP01JeansSkinnyRolled) have been sorted into the Formal category in Create a Sim.

Fixed in Patch 1.128.90/2.39
