When I click on the Invention Constructor to create the cloning machine, nothing happens. I have the correct materials, they're showing up when I click on the constructor, but then nothing happens. My sim doesn't move, I don't get an error, just nothing. I tried placing a new constructor on my sim's home lot, and the same thing happened. I've tried with different metals and crystals, and nothing has worked. My game is fully updated, and I don't use any mods or CC.
