[GTW] Werewolf / Werewolf Ghost Sim (in both Wolf and Sim form; regardless of Fury level) can own a retail store but cannot operate a retail store -- when customers arrive, only the 'Ask Customer to Leave' interaction appears. Other Sims in household can operate retail store as normal.
